協力会社様と打ち合わせをしていて

弊社のようにリスクを取ることは難しいと

言われます。

周りからも最近頻繁に言われます。

先日の新聞記事の影響でしょうか・・・

弊社からすればもっとリスクを取る企業は

運送会社以外でもたくさんあります。

しかも凄いスピードで成長していきます。

弊社の成長スピードなどは穏やかな部類です。

もっと加速化させるために必要な物は

経営者の覚悟が一番大きな要因です。

私が覚悟さえすれば会社はもっと成長します。

社員は優秀なので助けられてばかりです。

経営者は適正にリスクを取り続け、

覚悟することが一番の仕事だと考えます。

When I have meetings with partner companies, they say that it’s difficult to take risks like our company does.

Lately, I hear this often from people around me as well.

Maybe it’s because of that recent newspaper article…

From our perspective, there are plenty of companies outside of just logistics that take even more risks.

And they grow at an incredible speed.

Our company’s growth speed is actually on the calmer side.

What’s most needed to accelerate it more is the determination of the management.

If I just make up my mind, the company can grow even more.

Our employees are talented, so I’m always being helped by them.

I believe that what a business owner should do most is continually take appropriate risks and stay determined.
