２０年後を見据えて

これから先を見据えて新しい業務を開始し

順調に稼働しております。

今月もさらに新規業務が動き出しました。

早速案件を頂戴し、幸先良いスタートです。

上記の取組は、現在弊社で働いてくれる社員が

この先、トラックやフォークリフト以外の

仕事の選択で生活ができるように、

仕事がないということが発生しないように

選択肢を増やす対応を目的に進めています。

単純な誰でもできる仕事を準備することではなく

資格を要する専門的な仕事を準備しております。

当然社会人として問題ない方に限ります。

私の２０年後は６２歳。

若い方のように時間があるわけではありません。

社員が２０年後も働ける職場を作ります。

Looking ahead, we’ve started some new work and it’s running smoothly.

This month, even more new projects have kicked off.

We’ve already received some assignments, so it’s a promising start.

These initiatives are aimed at ensuring that our current employees can sustain their lives in the future with jobs beyond just trucks and forklifts, and to increase options so that there’s never a situation where there’s no work.

We’re not looking to set up simple, anyone-can-do jobs, but rather specialized work that requires qualifications.

Of course, this is limited to people who are responsible as professionals.

I’ll be 62 in 20 years. I won’t have the kind of free time that younger people do.

So I’m thinking about what I can do now, enjoying the process as I prepare, setting up proposals that were absolutely impossible in the past at our company, and creating a workplace where employees can still work 20 years from now.
