W, who had been working as a driver at a shipping company for a long time, has finally started their own business.

I was curious and had the chance to talk with them.

When I asked what made them decide to start a business, it seems it was because of many frustrating experiences they had gone through.

I told them right there, ‘I totally get it!’

It seems W had experiences like the following:

– Being continuously harassed at work for many years since joining
– The company having an old-fashioned system and giving the easiest jobs to long-time drivers
– Not getting along with bosses and seniors, and even being envied
– Nobody helping no matter how busy the day was
– When a senior employee couldn’t do something, it was forgiven, but when W said they couldn’t manage, it wasn’t accepted

I really respect that they managed to endure that for so many years.

I think those experiences became their strength and allowed them to start their own business—turning negatives into positives is a successful example.

Most people would probably come up with excuses for why they couldn’t continue and just give up.

But someone who has endured hardships and stays positive—of course I want to support the business they started.
