定期的に社員同士の懇親を深める場として
飲み会（鈴木飲み）を開催しております。
お酒が進むにつれて話しやすい環境になると
社員が考えているアイデアを直接聞けます。
今回挙げられた #アイデア はこれです。
「社内に #サークル を作りたい」
もちろんいいじゃないですかと答えます。
共通の趣味を持たれている方々が集まり
仕事以外で楽しめる環境を整えたいという
希望を否定する理由はありません。
社員のアイデアから私も何かやりたいなと
思い、自分ならどんなサークルを作るか・・・
やっぱり自分は『サッカー』しかないですが、
もうこの年で、しかも運動など全くしておらず。
でも、運動していないから始めるという考えも
ありだなとか思ったりもします。
自分だけでは進められません。
社内外問いません。
サッカー、またはフットサルサークルについて
賛同いただける方がいれば、
是非お声掛けをお願いいたします。

This time, the idea that came up is this:
“I want to create a club within the company.”
Of course, I replied, that sounds great.
People with common hobbies can gather,
and there’s no reason to deny their hope to have an environment where they can enjoy themselves outside of work.
Hearing employees’ ideas makes me want to do something too,
and I start thinking what kind of club I would make…
As expected, for me it would only be ‘soccer’,
but at this age, and having done no exercise at all…
But then again, maybe starting because I haven’t been exercising is also a good idea.
I can’t do it alone.
It doesn’t matter if you’re inside or outside the company.
