だけならどこの会社でも出来ます。

会社の業績は踊り場の状況ではありませんが

社員数と車両数は踊り場にあると考えます。

今回のように意図的に発生させた踊り場は、

社員の成長と緊張に必ずいい影響を与えます。

適正な能力を持つ限られた人数の社員が揃い、

どれだけ効率的な稼働を仕組み化できるか、

今後の発展がとても楽しみです。
