８月総括

経営者の立場で話をさせていただくと

１週間分稼働が少ないと大分売り上げが

下がってしまうかと心配しておりましたが

さすが弊社の役職者と社員。

対応できてしまっていました。

昨年同月比、同業種の伸び率を大幅に超える

数字を計上してくれました。

いつもながら凄い社員が揃っています。

弊社で仕事を楽しむためには当然結果が必要で、

その結果を正当に評価すれば社員は辞めません。

今月開催した『鈴木飲み』が盛大に盛り上がり、

終盤には社員から驚きの提案をされています。

普通の会社であれば実現は無理でしょう。

じゃあ弊社もやっぱり無理なのか。

役職者と社員たちには自信があるようです。

無理、出来ない、さぼる、やりたくない、

忙しすぎる、自分のペースでやりたい・・・

社会人ダメフレーズを口に出すのは簡単です。

実際上記のようなタイプがいた場合、

『仕事だから当たり前』

『仕事は忙しいのが普通』

この考えができる弊社社員は自然と楽しめる

環境で働く事ができるようです。

Looking back at August, which included the Obon holiday,

it really feels like it passed in the blink of an eye.

Speaking from the perspective of a business owner,

I was worried that having one week of reduced operation would

significantly hurt our sales,

but as expected, our managers and staff

handled it just fine.

Compared to the same month last year, we achieved numbers

that far surpassed the growth rate of other companies in the same industry.

As always, we have amazing employees.

Of course, to enjoy work at our company, results are necessary,

and if those results are fairly evaluated, employees won’t leave.

The ‘Suzuki Drinking Party’ we held this month was a huge hit,

and by the end, employees were making surprising proposals.

In a normal company, that would probably be impossible.

So does that mean it’s impossible at our company too?

Our managers and staff seem confident.

Impossible, can’t do it, slacking off, don’t want to,

too busy, want to work at my own pace…

It’s easy to say these kinds of negative phrases in the workplace.

But if we truly have people like this,

our employees, who can think, ‘It’s work, so of course it’s expected,’

and ‘It’s normal for work to be busy,’

naturally end up being able to enjoy working

in an environment like ours.
