お盆期間中の休みが明けます。

１１日に開催した『鈴木飲み』で話題となった

UDトラックス様の大型ウィング車２台が

本日から稼働開始致します。

新車に乗務する社員さん達も大変喜んでおります。

誰も乗ったことがない車両で仕事をするのは

弊社に転職して初めての方が大変多い事に

驚きます。

それだけ新車に乗務することは特別なことです。

新車に乗務するのが決まると嬉しい気持ちが湧いて

大切に乗ってくれます。

弊社が新車を購入する決め手は、社員さんたちが

喜んでくれる姿を見れることです。

こちらも大変嬉しいです。

一方、走り出すまでにはかなり多くの

事前作業が必要になります。

例えばETCカードの準備やガソリンスタンドで

使用する給油カード、今であれば自社での塗装。

事務、整備の方々に負担をかけてしまいます。

弊社のドライバーさんはそのことを理解して

働いてくださるので、互助互恵となります。

今後もこの状況を続けられるように

厳しい経営を継続してまいります。

Just being assigned to drive a brand-new vehicle brings such happiness that they take great care of it.

When we purchase a new vehicle, seeing our employees genuinely happy is very rewarding.

On the other hand, a lot of preparation work is required before the vehicle can hit the road.

For example, preparing the ETC card, fuel cards for gas stations, and nowadays, our own company painting.

This puts a burden on the office and maintenance staff.

Our drivers understand this and work accordingly, so it becomes a mutually supportive relationship.

We will continue strict management to ensure we can maintain this situation in the future.
