良くないニュースがあった際の捉え方について

私の考え方を例にしてみます。

『急に仕事が亡くなった』

この場合は

・仕事がなくなり空車が発生

・仕事がないから売り上げが下がる

・仕事がないから社員が辞める

こんな感じに考える方もいるはずです。

そして私の捉え方の場合は

・仕事がなくなったので新しい仕事を探せる

・これまでの仕事より運賃と効率が良い仕事を

　探すため売上利益が向上する

・空車になっても会社全体の売上が下がらなければ

　その仕事は必要だったのか考える機会になる

・決まった仕事しかできない社員は辞めていき

　柔軟に対応できる社員と出会える機会になる

協力会社様や今弊社で働いてくださる社員さんから

指導いただき、私はこのマインドで仕事をします。

この思考になってからは数段働きやすいです。

会社の数字も格段に向上していますし、

弊社で働くための水準を理解してくれる

社員さんと働けるようになりました。

以上の事から、マイナスのような事が起きても

プラス圏に浮上できます。

How to Perceive Bad News

Let me use my own way of thinking as an example.

『Suddenly, I lost work』

In this case, some people might think:

– Work is gone, so there are empty vehicles
– No work means sales will drop
– No work means employees will leave

But the way I perceive it is:

– Since the work is gone, I can look for new work
– By looking for work with better rates and efficiency than before,
sales and profits improve
– Even if some vehicles are empty, if the overall company sales don’t drop,
it becomes an opportunity to think about whether that work was really necessary
– Employees who can only do set jobs will leave,
giving us a chance to meet employees who can adapt flexibly

With guidance from our partner companies and the employees currently working with us,
I do my work with this mindset.

Ever since I adopted this way of thinking, work has become much easier.
The company’s numbers have improved significantly, and
we’ve been able to work with employees who understand the standards required to work at our company.

From all this, even if something negative happens,
you can rise into the positive zone.
