３月から新しい社員が増えました。

年齢は２０代と大変若いながらも

しっかりと経験がある方なので問題なく、

即戦力として能力を発揮していただきたいです。

また、先日書類選考を通過し面接を実施した方の

採用を決定いたしました。

この方は30代で経験も豊富で、周りからの評価も

大変高かったため採用させていただきました。

上記２名様以外からも多数の応募を頂戴しており

弊社への評価が高まっている事を感じます。

社内でもこの状況を共有し、更に加速することを

目標に進めてまいります。

Since March, we have added new employees.

Although they are in their twenties and very young,

they have solid experience, so there is no problem,

and we hope they can demonstrate their abilities as an immediate asset.

Additionally, we have decided to hire a candidate who recently passed the document screening and had an interview.

This person is in their thirties, has extensive experience, and received very high evaluations from those around them, which led to our decision to hire them.

We have also received many applications beyond the two individuals mentioned above,

which makes us feel that our company’s reputation is growing.

We will share this situation within the company and proceed with the goal of further accelerating this progress.
