２月総括と新車担当者発表

2月28日、社内ミーティングを開催しました。

弊社では法定12項目に基づいた指導をはじめ、

社内の情報共有のため毎月開催しております。

そこに私も参加し、今年度２月までの進捗状況を

具体的に社員へ報告いたしました。

２月売上については前年同月比１５０%以上の実績を

２ヶ月連続で達成していること、

4月から2月の売上累計売上は135%以上です。

しかし今回のミーティングで最も盛り上がったのは

別のポイントにありました。

今後納車される新車23台分について誰が乗るのか、

事前の予告なく発表いたしました。

全く予想していなかった展開に社員が大盛り上がり。

『え！俺もう新車なの？嘘でしょ？』

と言う社員の声があちこちから聞こえ、

驚きと喜びが溢れた社内の雰囲気の良さを

改めて感じました。

また、３月以降開始する複数の新しい取り組みについて

説明し、来年度以降も弊社は楽しみな状況なことを

社員に理解してもらういい時間となり、

更に今後は加速化してまいります。

On February 28th, we held an internal meeting.

Our company provides guidance based on the 12 legal requirements, and we hold monthly meetings to share information within the company.

I also participated in this meeting and reported to employees on our progress up to February of this fiscal year.

February sales were over 150% higher than the same month last year,

a milestone for the second consecutive month,

and cumulative sales from April to February were over 135% higher.

However, the most exciting part of this meeting was a different point.

We announced without prior notice who would be driving the 23 new cars that will be delivered in the future.

This completely unexpected development caused a frenzy among employees.

“What! I already have a new car? You’re kidding!”

Employees were heard saying this all around,

and I was reminded of the positive atmosphere within the company, filled with surprise and joy.

We also explained several new initiatives that will begin in March.

This was a good opportunity to help employees understand that our company is in a promising situation for the coming fiscal year and beyond.

We will continue to accelerate these efforts.
