増加する荷主様の要望に対応するため、弊社では

複数業種の求人を掲載させていただいております。

①大型ウィング車ドライバー

②大型冷凍車ドライバー

③４トン冷凍車ドライバー

④倉庫内フォークリフトオペレーター

これまでは採用枠に限りがあることを理由に、

採用可能枠に空きが出れば掲載して参りました。

しかし弊社を指名される荷主様からいただく案件が

大変多いにもかかわらず対応できないことが

あることが悔しい課題でした。

この問題を改善するため社内会議を実施。

弊社業務に協力いただける方がこんなに

多くいるのであれば、考え方を改めるべきだ。

社員数を増やせるだけ増やしたほうが配車・

倉庫業務もこれまで以上に新しい仕事に挑戦

できる。

より緊張感を持った環境で仕事をしたい。

上記のような前向きな意見が多数あり、

採用可能枠を拡大することを決定し掲載中です。

掲載開始後、全職種に対し多数の求職者様から

応募を実際に頂戴することができております。

先週の１３日、１５日に面接を実施しております。

今後も求職者様と時間を調整し、面接を実施します。

今回の応募者様は、２０代３０代の経験者様が

大変多く、弊社に興味を持っていただけていることに

感謝申し上げます。

To meet the increasing demands of our clients, our company has been posting job openings for multiple industries.

1. Large wing truck drivers
2. Large refrigerated truck drivers
3. 4-ton refrigerated truck drivers
4. Warehouse forklift operators

Until now, due to limited hiring slots, we have only posted openings when there was availability in our recruitment capacity.

However, despite receiving many requests from clients who specifically choose our company, we sometimes could not respond to them, which has been a frustrating challenge.

To address this issue, we held an internal meeting.

We realized that if there are so many people willing to cooperate with our business, we should rethink our approach. Increasing the number of employees as much as possible would allow us to take on new tasks in both dispatching and warehouse operations more than ever. It would also create an environment where everyone could work with a greater sense of urgency.

There were many positive opinions like the above, so we decided to expand our hiring capacity and have been posting openings accordingly.

Since posting, we have actually received many applications for all positions.

Interviews were conducted on the 13th and 15th of last week.

Going forward, we will continue to coordinate with applicants and conduct interviews.

We are very grateful that many of the applicants this time are experienced individuals in their 20s and 30s and have shown interest in our company.
