新規金融機関様来社。

これまで取引がなかった金融機関様が来社されました。

福島県外が本店にもかかわらず、福島県内の融資額は

かなりのシェアを獲得されている、優秀な地銀様だと

以前から存じ上げておりました。

そんな金融機関様が来社されたことは大変光栄です。

弊社に興味を持っていただいた理由を尋ねてみると、

ここ数年の成長、売上伸び率が著しく、現状の規模

からすると、地銀だからこそお手伝いできることは

今こそあると説明を詳しく受けました。

確かに地銀様の仰る通りで納得しております。

コロナ融資の問題、コンプライアンス問題、

金融庁通達の影響で、2027年以降融資審査は

さらに厳格化されることが予想されています。

中小企業向け融資は財務状況の分析だけでなく、

事業の持続可能性やESG要素が求められます。

柔軟な姿勢で今後の厳しい環境を

乗り越えて参ります。

地銀様と良好なお付き合いが可能な企業規模は

年間売上が１０億円以上が目安だという事は

皆さんも御存知だと思います。

当然数億円程度でもメガバンクと取引はできますが、

数十億円程度でもメガバンクからすると小口です。

永続的に寄り添ってくださる金融機関様との関係を

厚くした方が賢明だと考えます。

Even though their main office is outside Fukushima Prefecture, they have secured a significant share of lending within the prefecture, and I have long regarded them as an excellent regional bank.

It is truly an honor that such a financial institution visited our company.

When I asked why they had taken an interest in our company, I received a detailed explanation: due to our remarkable growth and sales increase over the past few years, and considering our current scale, there are things that only a regional bank can assist with, and now is the time to do so.

I completely agree with what they said.

Due to issues with COVID-related loans, compliance concerns, and the impact of Financial Services Agency notifications, it is expected that loan screening will become even more stringent from 2027 onwards.

For loans to small and medium-sized enterprises, not only financial analysis but also the sustainability of the business and ESG factors are required.

We will overcome the challenging environment ahead with a flexible approach.

Most of you probably know that to maintain a good relationship with a regional bank, the ideal company size is annual sales of 1 billion yen or more.

Of course, it is possible to do business with a mega bank even with sales of a few hundred million yen, but for mega banks, even several billion yen in sales is considered small.

We believe it is wise to strengthen relationships with financial institutions that will stand by us on a long-term basis.
