就職氷河期世代。

御存知の通り、1970年から1984年に生まれた

現在41歳から55歳までの就職難世代の方々を

就職氷河期世代と呼んでいます。

私も氷河期世代経験者なので理解しています。

この時期について、皆さんそれぞれが違った

意見があるはずです。

私が聞いてきた意見を例にすると、

『就職氷河期世代だから今の自分の立場は

仕方がなかった』という方もいれば、

『会社員でいるだけでは将来が不安なので

起業して今の立場を確立させた』方もいます。

会社勤めの方でも十分成功している方も多数

知人にいることから、何時の時代であっても

工夫し挑戦した方が成功しています。

実際に氷河期世代には優秀な人材が多いです。

成功を収めている人も少なくありません。

しかも氷河期世代の方々は就職難の中で

忍耐力や柔軟性を培い、キャリアを築かれた

方がかなり多いです。

引き続き就職氷河期世代の方々にも

I know many people who are successful, regardless of the era. Those who are innovative and take on challenges are the ones who succeed. In fact, there are many talented people among the ice age generation. Quite a few have achieved success. Furthermore, many members of the ice age generation have cultivated perseverance and flexibility and built careers amid the employment difficulties. We hope that those of the employment ice age generation will continue to cooperate with our business.
