他人から嫌われる

生きている以上色々な人と関わります。

社会人なら同じ会社の正社員や派遣社員、

取引先など多数の人と関わりながら働きます。

多数の出会いがある以上、自分が意図していない

タイミングで人から #嫌われる 時ありませんか。

私も嫌われることをしたようなことが

全く思い当たらなくても勝手に #敵視 されたり

妬まれたりした経験があります。

しかも最近・・・(笑)。

私の場合は、妬んだ方の会社と弊社を比較し

圧倒的に弊社の状況が良くなったからだろうと

周りの方々から言われます。

自分も努力すればいいだけなのになと思いますし

ただ羨ましがるだけで騒いだところで

何も状況は変わらないのではないかと。

問題に気付かないことは可哀そうだと思います。

嫌われることが嫌だという方結構いると思いますが

『好かれることをしていないのだから

嫌われても別に気にしなくていい』

私はこんな風に考えている為、

嫌われることを気にしない選択ができます。

仲良くなりたい方から嫌われたくはないですが

好かれる必要がない方から嫌われたところで

仕事や生活に何の影響もないはずです。

自分に必要な方へはこちらからアピールしますよね。

誰とでも協調することを過度に気にしすぎるよりも、

自分にとって大切な方へ時間を使うべきかと。

#2：6：2の法則 に従って生きた方が楽です。

As long as we’re alive, we interact with various people.

If you’re a working adult, you work while interacting with many people like full-time employees, temporary staff at the same company, and business clients.

Since there are so many encounters, aren’t there times when someone dislikes you at a timing you didn’t intend?

Even when I can’t think of anything I’ve done to be disliked, I’ve experienced being targeted as an enemy or envied for no reason.

And recently… (laughs).

In my case, people around me say it’s probably because the person who envied me compared their company to ours, and our company ended up in a far better situation.

I think, ‘I just need to make an effort myself,’ and also that just getting jealous and making a fuss doesn’t change anything.

I feel sorry for those who don’t even notice the problem.

I think a lot of people dislike being disliked, but I believe, ‘Since you haven’t done anything to be liked, you don’t really have to worry about being disliked.’

Because I think this way, I can choose not to care about being disliked.

Of course, I don’t want to be disliked by those I want to get close to, but being disliked by someone you don’t need to be liked by shouldn’t affect your work or life at all.

You would show yourself to the people who are important to you, right?

Instead of worrying too much about getting along with everyone, you should spend your time on the people who matter to you.

Living according to the 2:6:2 rule is easier.
