周りが休んでいる時も継続する

『他社のドライバーが連休で休みなのに、

何で俺が走らなきゃならないんだ。』

『連休中も仕事をしている会社があるのに

何で俺は仕事ができないんだ。』

同じタイミングで上記の状況が起きました。

今更どっちが正解かは個人が決めることですが、

仕事をするかしないかの判断は管理者がします。

その #管理者 が良いのかどうかを決めるのは

その指示によって働く方です。

言われる方より指示する方が大変なんですけどね。

私は個人的に皆さんが休んでいる時というか、

同じ立場の #経営者 がどれだけ仕事に介入できるか、

仕事の中身を理解しているか、

これである程度まで拡大できると考えています。

その考えのもとに付いて来てくれる社員が揃い

現在会社を #発展 し続けてくれています。

他社の経営者が休んでいる隙に私が仕事をし

社員が仕事をしやすい環境になるために

今後も継続し続けます。

‘Even though drivers at other companies are off for the holiday, why do I have to work?’

‘Even though there are companies that work during the holidays, why can’t I work?’

The above situations happened at the same time.

At this point, deciding which is right is up to each individual, but the decision of whether to work or not is made by the manager.

Whether that manager is good or not is decided by those who follow their instructions.

Giving instructions is tougher than receiving them, you know.

Personally, when everyone else is off—or rather, as a fellow business owner—I think about how much one can intervene in the work and understand its content. I believe this helps us grow to a certain extent.

With employees who follow this approach, our company continues to develop.

While other business owners are taking a break, I work so that it becomes easier for my employees to work, and I will continue to do so in the future.
