頭を下げる

私は頻繁に頭を下げる機会があります。

・感謝を伝えるとき

・挨拶をするとき

・謝罪をするとき

これらの機会は想像以上に多いと感じます。

特に一番多い機会は感謝を伝えること。

自分の今があるのは周囲の方々のおかげと

心から思うから回数が増えます。

一方で、自分が上または自分が偉いと考える方は

頭を下げることを嫌うようです。

職業選択の自由同様、どのような対応をするかは

本人次第です。

頭を下げることができない方がいる一方で、

頭を下げることは #感謝・#挨拶・#謝罪に不可欠、

当然必要な事と理解できれば、周囲からの反応は

どちらがいいのか、考えるまでもありません。

常に感謝して生きていきたいものです。

I often have opportunities to bow my head.

– When expressing gratitude
– When greeting someone
– When apologizing

I feel that these opportunities are more frequent than I imagined.

Especially, the most common occasion is expressing gratitude.
I increase the number of times because I truly feel that who I am now is thanks to the people around me.

On the other hand, people who think they are above others or superior seem to dislike bowing their heads.

Just like the freedom to choose one’s profession, how to respond is up to the individual.

While there are people who can’t bow, if you understand that bowing is essential for gratitude, greetings, and apologies, and naturally necessary, there’s no need to even think about which response is better in terms of how others react.

I want to live my life always with gratitude.
