気の使い方

人と付き合う時や、仕事で関係する方と

話をする際には当然気を使います。

#社会人のマナー は必須です。

しかし、#気を使う 必要のない人へは

不要ではと考える機会があります。

お互いが尊重し合い気を使うのが理想ですが、

相手側から軽く見られ雑に扱われる、

互助互恵の関係ではないことに気付く、

仕事をさせてあげていると勘違いをする、

上記のような場面を経験した方であれば

一方だけが気を遣うことに違和感を感じるはずです。

何故自分だけが気を使う必要があるのか、

それだけの魅力や効果がある先なのか、

今後も気を使うべき相手なのかを判断する、

#見直す 機会は必ず必要です。

When you’re dealing with people or talking with colleagues at work, it’s natural to be considerate. Social etiquette is a must.

However, there are times when I think it might not be necessary to be careful with people you don’t need to worry about.

Ideally, both sides should respect each other and be considerate, but if you’ve experienced situations like:

– Being looked down on or treated harshly by the other person
– Realizing that the relationship isn’t mutually beneficial
– Someone mistakenly thinking that you’re doing work for them

Then you probably feel it’s strange for only one side to be making an effort.

It’s important to take a moment to evaluate: Why do I have to be considerate alone? Are they worth the effort or attention? Should I keep being careful with them in the future? Taking time to review this is always necessary.
