バブル期にはやった３高。

1980年代バブル期に流行した『3高』を

皆様ご存知でしょうか。

３高とは高学歴・高収入・高身長を示します。

未来あるZ世代の方々には全く理解できない

価値観かもしれませんが、結婚相手に求める

条件が３高、昔はそうだったんです。

令和の時代には薄れてきましたね。

さらに調べてみるとZ世代の間では『３共』が

いま新たな夫婦像に求められているようです。

『３共』とは共働き・共有・共同を指します。

時代によって結婚相手に求める条件が変わる

ように、仕事で求められるスキルも変わります。

何に対しても適宜合わせられるフレキシブルな

人材が徴用されるのは当然で評価が上がります。

これまで残業することが会社からの評価だと

必要以上に長時間何も仕事をせず

会社にいた方々が社会にばれて淘汰されています。

逆に決められた時間居なくても結果を出せば

評価に繋がる成果型があり個人的に好きです。

どのステージでも評価はつきもので、

時代が変われば対応しなければなりません。

The ‘Three Highs’ refer to high education, high income, and tall height.

It might be a value system that the promising Generation Z can’t really understand, but back then, these were the conditions people sought in a marriage partner.

In the Reiwa era, this has faded somewhat.

If we dig a bit deeper, among Generation Z, the ‘Three Shares’ seem to be the new ideal for couples.

The ‘Three Shares’ refer to both partners working, sharing, and collaborating.

Just as the qualities people look for in a marriage partner change over time, the skills required at work also change.

It’s natural that flexible people who can adapt to anything get hired and are valued more.

Up until now, people who thought staying late at the office equaled being valued by the company—sitting there for long hours without really doing anything—are now being exposed and weeded out by society.

On the other hand, there’s a results-based approach where you get recognized if you achieve results, even if you’re not always present, which I personally like.

No matter the stage, evaluation is always part of it, and we need to adapt as times change.

Let’s stay flexible.
