振込件数が・・・

弊社の今月振込件数が驚きの数となりました。

少しずつ増加してきた新規取引先様、

積み重ねた企業数に心から感謝です。

取引先様が増える事は大変有難い事ですが、

弊社月末月初の締め作業は大変な仕事です。

大変だからと人をむやみに増やすことはなく、

弊社の規模で事務所の人数は無駄が全くないため

少数精鋭だと他社様から褒められます。

同業で同規模の運送会社と比較すると、

事務所に10人いても全く違和感ないです。

弊社の事務所が少人数ですすめられるのは

何もせず会社にただいるだけの社員とは

一緒に働きたくない社員がそろったことが理由です。

それだけスキルがある社員が揃い、

各社員が自分にプライドをもって仕事が

できる方しかいれなくなったという事です。

楽な仕事をしている方が他社へ転職すれば

スキルがないため次の会社での評価は残念でしょう。

逆に、弊社で能力ある方が辞めれば、

エース級の活躍が期待できる方しかおりません。

そのぐらい弊社に在籍する社員は優秀です。

The number of transfers our company makes each month has reached an astonishing amount.

We’re truly grateful for the new clients who have gradually increased, and for all the businesses we’ve built up over time.

It’s great that our number of clients is growing, but the month-end and beginning-of-month closing work at our company is pretty intense.

Even though the work is tough, we don’t just hire people recklessly.

Given the scale of our company, there’s no waste in the office staff at all, and other companies often compliment us for being small but highly efficient.

Compared to other transportation companies of the same scale in the same industry, having 10 people in the office wouldn’t feel out of place at all.

The reason our office can run efficiently with a small number of people is that we’ve gathered employees who don’t just sit around doing nothing.

It means that we have employees with skills who can take pride in their work, and only people who can work independently are part of our team.

If someone who prefers an easy job moves to another company, their evaluation at the next workplace might be disappointing, but if someone capable leaves our company, it’s always someone whose level of contribution is expected to be ace-level.

That’s how talented the employees at our company are.
