今年度3ヶ月が経過して気付くことがあります。

他社様から面談のアポイントや食事のお誘いを

頂戴する機会が大変多いことです。

既存協力会社様、

新しく取引を開始させていただいた会社様、

弊社に興味を持たれた会社様、

皆様方のお声がけに感謝申し上げます。

弊社のような小さな会社にビジネスの魅力を感じて

いただけるのは、弊社の社員さんそれぞれに

魅力があるからだと考えております。

言うまでもなく社員さんに実力さえあればですが、

弊社では社員さんが好きなように仕事に取り組める

環境を提供できる仕組みをつくっています。

各社それぞれに特色があるはずです。

弊社のやり方は、社員さんが能力を持ち結果を出せば

仕事と私生活が混同せず、家族と楽しく、

趣味で充実した生活を過ごせる提案を続けています。

弊社で楽しめるボーダーを越えている社員さんからは

必ず居心地がいい会社で、この環境以上はないと

言ってくれます。

会社経営者としては大変嬉しい言葉です。

Three months into the current fiscal year, I have noticed something significant:

We are receiving a great many requests for meetings and invitations to meals

from other companies.

Whether they are existing partner companies,

companies with whom we have newly begun doing business,

or companies that have taken an interest in us,

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who has reached out.

I believe the reason companies see business potential in a small firm like ours

is the inherent appeal of our individual employees.

Naturally, this relies on the employees possessing genuine ability;

however, we have built a system that provides an environment

where they can approach their work in a way that suits them best.

Every company has its own unique characteristics.

Our approach is to ensure that if employees have the skills and deliver results,

they can maintain a healthy balance between work and private life—

allowing them to enjoy time with their families

and lead fulfilling lives enriched by their hobbies.

Employees who have truly embraced our culture

invariably tell us that it is a comfortable place to work

and that there is no better environment to be found.

As a business owner, hearing those words brings me great joy.
