いよいよワールドカップ日本戦

明日、ワールドカップ日本戦が行われます。

早朝に行われることから、日本中が寝不足で

間違いない一日となりそうです。

学生時代は私もサッカーをやっていたので

わかりますが、サッカーは本当によく走ります。

全員が９０分走れるかが勝負のスポーツとも

昔は言えました。

サッカーも進化し、パスサッカーが主流となり

やみくもに走ればいい時代から、効率的に役割を

分担する時代となりました。

一人の選手が一つのポジションだけではなく

複数のポジションを対応できることが現在は

求められます。

気付いたことがありまして、仕事も同様のことが

言えるような気がします。

一つの事業だけではなく、複数の事業を展開し

補完しあえる事業の組み合わせが成長を加速化

させることに繋がると弊社は実感しています。

I played soccer myself during my student days, so I know that soccer is a sport that requires a lot of running.

It used to be said that the key to winning was whether everyone could run for 90 minutes.

Soccer has evolved, and passing soccer has become mainstream.

The era of simply running aimlessly has given way to an era of efficiently dividing roles.

Currently, it’s required that a single player can handle not just one position, but multiple positions.

I’ve realized that the same thing can be said about work.

We at our company feel that developing multiple businesses, rather than just one, and combining them in a complementary way, accelerates growth.

I’m very much looking forward to seeing how far our other businesses will grow and how far they will drive our company, not just our core transportation business, and to the future where our employees are thriving.
