若手経営者様との情報交換

弊社と私に興味を持っていただいた同業の

若手経営者の方々と情報交換会を行いました。

当然ですが皆さんオーナー経営者ですので

事業発展に対して覚悟が決まっています。

会社以外で自分の時間を割いて本気で仕事に

取り組む姿勢、やはりオーナー経営者様です。

・どうしたら仕事を確保できるのか

・車両と燃料費高騰への対応策

・いい人材に選ばれる会社づくり

・人材が流出しない会社づくり

上記のような課題が山積みにも関わらず

皆さん前向きです。

話を聞いているこちらもポジティブな気持ちに

なり意欲的になります。

先日掲載させていただいたU様同様の話題になり

『会社が発展すると妬む方の出現は仕方がなく

皆で協力して拡大していきましょう』と

全員前向きな発言をすることが出来ました。

We held an information exchange meeting with young business owners in the same industry who showed interest in our company and myself.

Naturally, since everyone is an owner-manager, they are determined when it comes to business development.

Their attitude of dedicating their personal time outside the company to work seriously is, as expected, typical of owner-managers.

– How to secure business opportunities
– Measures to cope with rising vehicle and fuel costs
– Creating a company that attracts good talent
– Creating a company that does not lose employees

Despite having many issues like the above, everyone remains positive.
Listening to them also makes us feel positive and motivated.

Similar to the discussion we had earlier with Mr. U, the topic came up that ‘When a company grows, it’s inevitable that there will be people who are jealous, but let’s all cooperate and expand together.’
Everyone was able to make positive statements.
