５月総括

昨日が５月の営業最終日（平日）となりました。

５月上旬は連休があったため、稼働については

連休以降でどの程度巻き返せるかが課題でした。

社員が同じ方向を向いて稼働してくれた結果、

日計ベースで過去最高売り上げを計上することが

できました。

社員数は去年と比較すると減りましたが、

一人当たり売上高は驚くほど増えています。

一人当たり年間売上高増加額については、

１００万円程度の規模感覚ではありません。

さらに来月、弊社に新しい社員さんが

入社していただきます。

やはり今回も若い方で将来が有望です。

応募いただいたきっかけは弊社取組みに

興味を持っていただいた事です。

何年もかけて作り上げた媒体の効果は

本当に想像以上の破壊力です。

『そんなのやったって意味なんかない』

『暇だからそんなことやるんだ』

『トラックに乗って仕事した方が意味がある』

上記のようなコメントをいただくことにより

ここまで継続する活力となりました。

言葉をどのように受け止めるかによって

大変面白い展開に繋げる事が出来ると気付き

Today is the last business day (weekday) of May.

Since there was a consecutive holiday in early May, the challenge was how much we could recover in operations after the holiday.

As a result of our employees working together toward the same goal, we were able to achieve the highest daily sales ever recorded.

Although the number of employees has decreased compared to last year, the sales per person have increased remarkably.

The annual sales increase per person is not on the scale of just around 1 million yen.

Furthermore, next month, a new employee will be joining our company.
As expected, this new employee is also young and has a promising future.
The reason for their application was that they took an interest in our company’s initiatives.

The effect of the media we have developed over many years is truly a devastating force beyond imagination.

Comments like:
“There’s no point in doing that.”
“You only do that because you have free time.”
“It’s more meaningful to work on a truck.”

have become the driving force for us to continue until now.

Depending on how one takes these words, it can lead to very interesting developments, and all our employees are enjoying their work because of this.
