令和７年度最終日

本日、本年度の営業が最終日となりました。

今年度を振り返ると、弊社飛躍の１年となりました。

まず新規案件は多数いただくことができました。

これまでの営業とは異なり、弊社を指名いただく機会が

大変多くなっていることを感じます。

さらに今年度の新入社員は１０名を超え、

社員の平均年齢は４０歳となりました。

今月は１人、来月も既に２人の入社が決まっております。

厳しく指導するとドライバーが辞めてしまうため

注意しずらいと他社様からよく聞きますが、

人材確保に悩むことが全くない弊社は仕組み化され、

社内規則厳守、法令遵守の経営が実践できております。

裏付けとして、優秀な社員のスキル底上げに伴い、

稼働する車両とともに保管案件も大幅に増えております。

金融機関様から弊社へ高まる評価と多額の融資により

36台の大型車両の購入契約が実践できています。

今年度はこれまでと比較し１０倍以上となりました。

金融機関様からの融資によるレバレッジを効かせ

可能な限り加速化している弊社の状況は、

社員だけではなくそのご家族様も安心できる勤務先だと

弊社に関係する皆様から意見をいただいています。

社内の状況としては、毎年複数回社員懇親会を開催し、

仕事とは違う一面を社内で共有できています。

その一体感から今年度は前年度比１４０％の売上を

計上し、既に来年度目標を達成する進捗率。

社員に感謝の言葉しか出てきません。

弊社で働いてくれる社員とともに、

他社以上の実績と待遇を提供できる企業をつくり、

近いうちに『鈴木飲み』を開催いたします。

Today marks the last day of business for this fiscal year. Looking back on this year, it has been a year of significant growth for our company. First, we received numerous new projects. Unlike previous sales efforts, we feel that we are receiving significantly more requests specifically for our services. Furthermore, we have hired over 10 new employees this year, and the average age of our employees is now 40. One person joined this month, and two more are already scheduled to join next month. We often hear from other companies that it’s difficult to give strict guidance to drivers because it can cause them to quit. However, our company has no trouble securing personnel because we have a well-structured system in place, and we are able to practice management that strictly adheres to internal rules and legal compliance. As further evidence, along with the improvement in the skills of our excellent employees, we have seen a significant increase in both the number of vehicles in operation and storage projects. Thanks to the increasing evaluation of our company by financial institutions and substantial loans, we have been able to finalize the purchase of 36 large vehicles. This year’s purchase is more than ten times that of previous years. Leveraging loans from financial institutions, our company is accelerating its growth as much as possible, and we’ve received feedback from everyone involved with our company that we’re a safe and secure workplace not only for our employees but also for their families. Internally, we hold several employee get-togethers every year, allowing us to share aspects of our work lives outside of work. Thanks to this sense of unity, we achieved a 140% increase in sales this year compared to the previous year, and are already on track to meet next year’s targets. I can only express my gratitude to our employees. Together with the employees who work for us, we aim to create a company that offers better results and treatment than other companies, and we will be holding a “Suzuki Drinking Party” soon.
