令和８年度開始

長年勤めてくれる会社方針に協力的な社員に加え、

昨年度は10名を越える新戦力の社員が加わり、

今年度は優秀すぎる複数の社員に入社していただきます。

軽油価格の問題に苦しめられ、困難な年になるであろう

今年度、弊社各部門には精鋭が揃いました。

間違いなく過去最高売上を計上する１年になります。

このまま進めても過去最高ですが、さらに加速化するため

新事業に挑戦します。

失敗するかもしれないから全くチャレンジしない社員、

現在の弊社にはいなくなった、というよりも

優秀な社員が一緒に働くことを嫌がります。

積極的にチャレンジする社員のために弊社はあります。

能力がある方が楽しんで仕事ができる環境を

弊社は常に用意しています。

金融機関様からの融資が集まり、優秀な社員が揃い、

協力的な協力会社様が増え、荷主様から新規案件の

対応を期待される弊社です。

今年度、楽しみにならないわけがありません。

In addition to our long-serving employees who are cooperative with company policies,

last year we welcomed over 10 new employees,

Our departments are now staffed with top talent.

Even if we continue as we are, we will achieve record-breaking results, but to further accelerate this,

we will be venturing into new business ventures.

Employees who are afraid of failure and therefore never take on challenges,

are no longer present in our company; rather,

our talented employees dislike working with such individuals.

Our company exists for employees who are willing to take on challenges.

We always provide an environment where talented individuals can enjoy their work.

With financing secured from financial institutions, a team of excellent employees,

an increase in cooperative partner companies, and expectations from our clients to handle new projects,

this year is something to look forward to.
