一月の総括。

一月の通常稼働日が最終日となりました。

社員の頑張りにより順調に上昇しております。

仕事は順調に推移しておりますが、

今後新たに進める事業が社内に複数あるため

弊社に時間的余裕は全くありません。

益々忙しくなることは容易に想像できますが、

忙しい事を理由に辞める社員などではなく、

仕事は忙しいのが普通、

他社が出来て自分が出来ないはずがない、

去年以上に発展することが当然、

このような社員に囲まれている弊社が

伸び悩むことなど想像できません。

２月、３月と進んで可能な限り会社が発展し

今期が弊社歴代最高の売上となることを

社員と共に達成したいと祈念しております。

The last regular working day of January has come.

Thanks to our employees’ hard work, things are steadily improving.

Work is progressing smoothly, but

since there are several new projects planned within the company,

we have absolutely no time to spare.

It’s easy to imagine that we will become even busier, but

our employees are not the type to quit just because they are busy.

Busy work is normal,

just because other companies can do it doesn’t mean we can’t,

it’s only natural to expect growth beyond last year,

surrounded by such employees, it is unimaginable for our company to stagnate.

We pray that in February and March, the company will develop as much as possible and, together with our employees, achieve the highest sales in our company’s history this fiscal year.
