社内イベント。

先日行われた新年会以降、社内の雰囲気が

大変良い状態でいることを感じています。

社内の様子をごらんになられた方々や、

新年会の様子を画像で見られた他社様からは

実施できることが羨ましいと言われています。

実施できない理由はそれぞれあるのでしょうが、

中々企画するところまですら発展しないようです。

若手や飲み会が苦手な人からすると、

企画後、必ず参加しなければならない雰囲気に

なることは避けておきたいです。

そんな中で弊社はどうだったのかというと、

参加した社員は、全員が次回も期待していますと

大変楽しみにしてくれています。

企画を考えてくれる幹事さんに負担をかけ過ぎないように

フォローもしなければなりません。

飲み会が社内親睦を深めるだけでなく、

仕事もやりやすくなる機会になれば幸いです。

Since the New Year’s party held the other day, I have felt that the atmosphere within the company has been very positive.

Other companies, seeing photos of the New Year’s party, have expressed that they are envious that we were able to hold such an event.

There are probably various reasons for this, but it seems that most companies hardly even progress to the stage of planning such an event.

For younger employees or those who are not fond of drinking parties, it is preferable to avoid creating an atmosphere where everyone feels they must participate after an event is planned.

In our company’s case, all the employees who participated are eagerly looking forward to the next time.

We also need to support the organizers who come up with the event ideas so as not to overload them.

I hope that drinking parties can not only deepen camaraderie within the company but also create opportunities that make work easier and more enjoyable.
