新年会開催。

鈴木運送店新年会を開催しました。

本宮市の松宴すげのさん、大変お世話になりました。

弊社開催によりこれまでで最高人数となるとのこと。

全員が座りきれるか直前までオーナーと相談しましたが

工夫を凝らして問題なく開催ができました。

冒頭の挨拶では、去年の感謝とともに今年の目標を

改めて数字で共有させていただきました。

去年の売上12億から今年はどれだけ伸ばせるのか。

社員一人一人の抱負の中で、私が目指す売上に貢献すると

複数名の社員が宣言してくれました。

その後全員参加のビンゴを開催しました。

景品は、現金つかみ取り、そうなれば勿論

社員が本気で盛り上がります。

仕事はきっちり、しっかり遊ぶ。

心強い社員に囲まれ、今年が楽しみでなりません。

現在いい流れの弊社ですが、数年前を思い返すと、

改善すべき案件ばかりでした。

社員の中には自分勝手な都合で事故を起こしたにも

関わらず相手側の責任を主張したり、

バラ積みを避けるために嘘をついて毎週末休んだり、

配車が決まっていたにも関わらず急に仕事を断ったり、

このような理由で辞めていった社員が実際にいました。

しかし現在の社員が言うには、仕事がやりやすくなり、

新しくやる気のある社員や若い社員が続々と入社し、

心から感謝していると話していました。

間違いなく今の社員はレベルが高いです。

他社に胸を張って社員の自慢ができます。

今年、どれだけ盛り上がっていけるのか楽しみです。

We held a New Year’s party for Suzuki Transport.

We would like to thank Matsuen Sugeno of Motomiya City for their help.

This event will be the largest ever held by our company.

We discussed with the owner until the last minute whether we would be able to seat everyone,

but thanks to some creative planning, we were able to hold the event without any problems.

In my opening remarks, I expressed my gratitude for last year and shared my goals for this year.

I asked myself how much we could increase our sales from last year’s 1.2 billion yen this year.

Among the aspirations of each employee, several employees declared that they would contribute to my sales target.

Afterwards, we held a bingo game in which everyone participated.

The prizes were cash grabs, which, of course, got everyone really excited.

Work hard, play hard.

I’m surrounded by encouraging employees and can’t wait for this year.

Our company is currently on a roll, but looking back a few years ago,

there were many areas that needed improvement.

Some employees have caused accidents for their own selfish reasons,

claimed the other party’s fault,

lied to take weekends off to avoid overloading,

suddenly turned down work even though they had scheduled trucks.

We’ve actually had employees quit for these reasons.

However, current employees say that their jobs have become easier,

and that new, motivated, young employees are joining the company one after another.

They say they are truly grateful.

There’s no doubt that our current employees are of a high caliber.

We can proudly boast about our employees to other companies.

We’re looking forward to seeing how exciting this year will be.
