今年もよろしくお願いいたします。

去年末はギリギリまで働かせていただきました。

機会を与えてくださった皆様に感謝申し上げます。

また、元旦から働かせていただける環境に感謝し

本日も働かせていただきます。

元旦ぐらいは休むと考える方が多いと思いますが、

そのような方々は恵まれているのだと羨ましいです。

弊社のような小さな会社は、いつ・何が起きるか・

今の状況がいつまで続くのか、常に心配です。

まだ休む余裕は私には全くありません。

会社が軌道に乗った際に休めればいいと考えます。

３６５日会社・仕事の事を考えているのが代表です。

その時々のフェーズに対応する指示や準備を次々と

進めておかないと、今年のうちに事業化できません。

日次・週次・月次の数字を適宜精査し、理解しつつ

次の展開に繋げていく役目が私です。

社員が誇れる会社にするために、企業規模は必須です。

理由は社員にメリットがあるから。

これなら納得するのに簡単です。

先ずは去年同様に、前年対比１２０％を達成します。

目指すのは簡単で、達成するのは大変です。

今年のノルマを達成の為、楽しみな一年にして参ります。

今年も皆様のご指導ご協力をお願いいたします。

At the end of last year, I continued working until the very last moment.

I am grateful to everyone who gave me the opportunity.

I am also thankful for the environment that allows me to work from New Year’s Day,

and I will continue to work today.

I think many people consider taking a break at least on New Year’s Day,

and I envy those who are fortunate enough to do so.

A small company like ours is always concerned about when and what might happen,

and how long the current situation will last.

I have absolutely no leeway to rest yet.

I think it will be fine to take a break once the company is on track.

As the representative, I think about the company and work 365 days a year.

We must continuously give instructions and prepare according to each phase,

otherwise we cannot commercialize our business within this year.

It is my role to appropriately examine daily, weekly, and monthly figures, understand them,

and link them to the next development.

To make the company one that employees can be proud of, a certain corporate scale is essential.

The reason is that it benefits employees.

This makes it simple to understand and accept.

First, just like last year, we will achieve 120% compared to the previous year.

The goal is simple, but achieving it is difficult.

In order to achieve this year’s targets, I will make this year an enjoyable one.
