新規業務へ挑戦。

新しい事を始めようとするとリスクはつきものです。

人の準備や多額の費用、事務所や土地の保有、

そもそもビジネスが成功する見通しがあるか、

許可申請代行費用、さらに許可までの時間も

かかることを考えなければなりません。

だからリスクが大きいからやらない判断をする。

とは弊社の社員はなりませんでした。

新規事業をメインで対応する弊社の社員は、

『他社がやれているのであれば絶対にできる』

この言葉に私も同感して動き出しました。

一人で夢を追って突っ走っているわけではなく、

共に力を貸してくれる社員が何人も揃っています。

自分の事だけ考えて仕事をするような社員と共には

出来ませんが、今の社員となら必ず成功します。

新規事業の現場を知り尽くす社員が実力を発揮し

楽しく仕事ができる環境を整えられる事務所が

弊社には既に準備できております。

Starting something new always comes with risks.

You have to consider the preparation of personnel, substantial costs, office and land ownership,
