弊社を指名いただく複数荷主様のおかげで

本日も複数台が稼働しております。

年末にもかかわらず運行していただいている方、

送り出してくださった御家族の皆様に

深く感謝申し上げます。

働き方改革と言われ労働時間に厳しい規制が入り、

一昔前のように働けなくなれば給料は

下がってしまっているのが運送業界の課題です。

運賃を上げる努力をして・・・

付加価値を付けて運賃を上げる・・・

このような意見をよくネット上で見ますが

全ての運送会社は当然理解していると思います。

それでもできないリスクがあることもわかります。

一方で、その課題に何年も前から取組み解決し、

社員さんへ還元できる仕組みを作った運送会社も

存在します。

来年以降もより厳しい条件で運送業界は進みます。

それぞれの会社で多くの改善・工夫・効率化・

チャレンジに取り組む年となるのではないでしょうか。

・経済が悪いからどうしようもない

・うちだけじゃなくどこも厳しい

・みんなで耐える時期だ

・仕事がないから仕方がない

・修理代・軽油代が上がってしまって余裕がない

上記のような内容が、１０年前の弊社で実際に

よく聞こえていました。

この課題を打破する為に、優秀な社員の協力のもと

乗り越えていける見込みが立っております。

下降や停滞する暇が全くないくらい今忙しいです。

この環境に感謝し、来年も加速して参りたいと存じます。

Even at the end of the year, we deeply appreciate those who are driving and the families who have sent them off.

In recent years, work style reforms have imposed strict regulations on working hours, and the inability to work as much as in the past has led to reduced wages—a challenge for the transportation industry.

Efforts to raise freight rates… adding value to justify higher rates… such opinions are often seen online, and we believe all transport companies naturally understand this.

Still, we also understand that there are risks that make it impossible to do so.

On the other hand, there are transport companies that have been tackling these challenges for years, successfully solving them and creating systems to give back to their employees.

From next year onward, the transportation industry will continue to face even stricter conditions.

For each company, it may become a year of many improvements, innovations, efficiencies, and challenges.

– The economy is bad, so nothing can be done
– It’s tough everywhere, not just for us
– It’s a period to endure together
– There’s no work, so it can’t be helped
– Repair costs and diesel prices have risen, leaving no wiggle room

These were common sentiments we often heard at our company ten years ago.

To overcome these challenges, with the cooperation of our talented employees, we foresee a way to move forward.

We are busier now than ever, with no time to stagnate or decline.

We are grateful for this environment and intend to accelerate even further next year.
