今年の仕事納め

今年は弊社飛躍の１年となりました。

荷主様、協力会社様、取引先様の皆さんに恵まれていると

改めて実感しております。

年末でも弊社を指名いただける荷主様の運行に対応する

社員以外が弊社の仕事納めを行いました。

定例ミーティングを実施したあと、社内外の大掃除、

私からの総括、最後は賞与支給で締めました。

今年の飛躍をまとめ説明し、来年本格的に取り組む

新規事業の進捗を共有を行い、社員のモチベーションも

かなり上昇したようです。

大変楽しみな来年になることを祈念し、全員で一本締めで

今年を終えることができました。

他社に自慢できる組織が出来上がったことを

先代に報告したいと感じました。

This year has been a year of great progress for our company.

I am once again reminded of how blessed we are with our shippers, partner companies, and business partners.

Even at the end of the year, we continue to handle shipments for shippers who request our services.

Non-employee employees completed their final work day at our company.

After our regular meeting, we did a thorough cleaning inside and outside the company,

I gave a summary, and we closed the day with bonus payments.

We summarized this year’s progress and explained what we will be working on in earnest next year.

We shared progress on new business ventures, and it seems that employee motivation has risen significantly.

We all concluded the year with a “ippon-jime” (a traditional Japanese clasp) to celebrate an exciting new year.

We felt it was important to report to our predecessor that we have created an organization that we can be proud of.
