#Effort and #growth are related.

For example, when you take on something new,

there are times when you struggle with things you don’t understand.

At times like those, people who don’t run away and stick with it can become a better version of themselves once they overcome it.

Effort is always necessary for growth.

Even though people understand this, there are many who find it hard to actually do.

Among them, the employees who currently work at our company,

and those who are able to work now,

are all making efforts and growing.

Compared to our company in the past,

even with fewer employees, sales and profits have increased,

proving our employees’ growth.

Employees who don’t shy away from effort,

and those who handle a lot of tasks, improve the quality of their work.
