Humans are thinking creatures.

Instinctively, when we have free time, we tend to think—both good things and bad things—for long periods.

For example:

– Worrying about past regrets
– Worrying about future events that haven’t happened yet
– Thinking about ourselves, work, family

Even at work, when there’s free time, we end up worrying about work.

By the way, when there’s free time, we can’t stop sighing either.

When we’re busy in an efficient and constructive way, we don’t have the luxury to worry.

Whether it’s work, studying, sports, hobbies, or play,

if we get busy focusing on what we need to do, we can live a life without worries.
