７月総括

大変暑い中頑張ってくれた社員全員に感謝です。

絶好調だった６月の勢いそのままに、

７月も素晴らしい実績を社員さん全員で

作り上げてくださいました。

運送事業を筆頭に、全事業が順調に動きだした

今年度は毎日の売上計上作業が楽しみです。

社員さんと話すと、

『忙しくても評価されるから全然いいんです』

『暇で仕事を心配するよりも忙しくて疲れた方が

　自分が働いている感じがしていいです。』

『仕事の心配する会社より、忙しい会社の方が

　自分も家族も安心です。』

このように言ってくださる社員さん達に

支えていただいてます。

社員の皆さんにとってプラスになる忙しさを

提供できるように営業して参ります。

Riding the momentum from an awesome June,

everyone worked together to achieve amazing results in July as well.

With our transportation business leading the way, all our operations have started running smoothly this year,

and I actually look forward to recording our daily sales.

When I talk with the employees, they say things like:

‘Even if we’re busy, it’s totally fine because our efforts are recognized.’

‘I’d rather be busy and exhausted than worry about having nothing to do—it makes me feel like I’m really working.’

‘I feel more secure, and so does my family, at a busy company than at one where I have to worry about work.’

It’s thanks to employees who say things like this that we’re able to keep going.

We’ll keep working to create a level of busy-ness that is a positive for our employees.
