23日に実施されたUDトラックス様の
工場見学会に参加した際、ご挨拶させて
いただいた運送会社様と情報交換を行い、
多数の気付きを頂戴いたしました。
あらためて弊社はまだまだ足りないところばかりで
改善が必要な部分が多いと感じました。
一方で視点を変えると、良くなることばかりだと
言うことができます。
外で吸収した知識を社内で共有し、プラスの効果を
引き出してまいります。
I exchanged information with a transport company representative I met during the UD Trucks factory tour held on the 23rd, and gained many valuable insights.
It made me realize once again that our company still has plenty of shortcomings and areas requiring improvement.
At the same time, looking at it from a different perspective, this means there is immense potential for positive change.
We intend to share the knowledge gained externally within the company and leverage it to drive positive results.
