６月の総括

June was a month in which our company achieved record-breaking results

across all business areas and departments.

Our employees found the work fulfilling and were surely satisfied with the outcomes.

Even amidst the extremely challenging conditions of the transport industry,

we are working together to create an environment where employees can enjoy their work.

However, without delivering tangible results,

we cannot provide the kind of evaluation that allows for such enjoyment.

Naturally, simply performing tasks exactly as instructed

will not lead to a higher level of evaluation.

Earning a high evaluation is not difficult at all;

it is achievable by thinking proactively, implementing improvements and efficiencies,

and demonstrating concrete results.

This applies to any employee who continues to work with us.

We also frequently receive guidance from “Company G,”

who share insights such as the following:

・They continue to receive a high volume of job applications.

・Their fleet cannot keep up with the increasing number of new projects.

・No matter how many vehicles they add, none remain idle, creating a need for reserve vehicles.

・They envy the sight of an idle truck.

We will continue to look to Company G as a role model.

We are committed to maintaining rigorous management—avoiding excuses like

“reducing the fleet because employees have left,”

“sales dropping because the fleet has shrunk,”

or “wages falling because sales have dropped”—

throughout July, just as we have in the past.

Finally, to the various transport companies that will be collaborating with us starting in July:
