コスト増との向き合い方

全業種に関係すると言ってもいい程コスト負担が

急増し上昇率の早さに耐えられない企業の

倒産事例が多数メディアに掲載されています。

皆さんもご存知の通り、今月安くなったものを

見つけることが難しい現状です。

会社の対応策としては自社の価格を上げる事、

この方法が一番正しい選択です。

ここでよく聞こえてくるフレーズがあります。

『そうは言っても難しい』

『お客様に切られる可能性があるから無理』

物価が上がることなど誰でも知っている事実で、

値上げを容認できないということであれば

仕事が出来ないとお伝えしなければなりません。

赤字で継続することで苦しむのは自社社員です。

会社は社員を守るための値上げ交渉実施を

決断しなければならない時期です。
