人間力を鍛える教材

来社された他社経営者様（U様）が新ビジネスへ

チャレンジすると伺いました。

年齢が若い経営者様ですが実績は十分で、

飛ぶ鳥を落とす勢いで成長されており、

すでに他社を圧倒しております。

『本業で順調だからこのまま進めていくだけでは

自分は面白くない。今が順調だからこそ動き出す。

さらに行動するのが当たり前ですよ。』

本当に素晴らしい考え方で、私も同感です。

残念ながら新しい事に挑戦し成功されたU様に対し

批判的な言葉や言動で邪魔をしてくる方が

いるようです。

ただ、この経営者様の思考が凄かったです。

そのような方を気にする余裕さえありません。
