仕事をしている方であれば理解できるはずですが

設定どおりの状況と異なる場合が起こり得ます。

優秀なのか会社に気づいてもらえる機会です。

そもそも会社は学校ではありませんので、

仕上がった能力を発揮していただければ

会社は適正に能力を評価するでしょう。
