資金繰りが厳しい時の対応

先日の取引金融機関様と打ち合わせの中で、

県内事業者の資金繰りがかなり厳しい状況を

教えていただきました。

耐え切れずに破産されてしまう経営者の方も

これまで以上に増えてきているとの事。

地元を支える金融機関として危惧されており

M&A提案もさせてほしいとの内容は

弊社にとって有難い機会だと考えております。

資金繰りが厳しい時の対応策としては、

先ずは支出を減らし収入を増やすことが

基本的なポイントです。

その上で、融資の借り換えやリスケジュール、

更にはファクタリング、手形割引、

セーフティーネット貸付、ビジネスローン

このあたりが教科書上の対応策です。

可能な限り苦しくても気を付けたいのは、

税金や社会保険の滞納を選んでしまう事や

高金利な借入先からの融資の選択、

社員や代金の支払いを滞納してしまう事は

絶対に避けるべきです。

このような状況に陥らない為にも、

常時資金繰りには気を使い、

信頼できる金融機関様と連携することを

心掛けることが重要です。

It was said that the number of business owners who cannot endure the situation and go bankrupt is increasing more than ever.

As for measures to take when cash flow is tight, the basic point is first to reduce expenses and increase income.

In addition to that, textbook measures include refinancing or rescheduling loans, factoring, bill discounting, safety net loans, and business loans.

Even in the most difficult situations, what should be carefully avoided is choosing to delay paying taxes or social insurance, selecting loans from high-interest lenders, or postponing payments to employees or for goods and services. These should absolutely be avoided.

To prevent falling into such situations, it is important to always pay attention to cash flow and to coordinate with a reliable financial institution.
