今年に入ってから弊社評価に変化があります。

弊社近郊市町村の会社様からの良い評判だけではなく

県内外の運送会社様からも興味を持っていただき

弊社への問い合わせの多さに驚いております。

これまでの弊社といえば特定荷主様の仕事しか対応せず、

新しく仕事が全く増えない会社でした。

そんな状況をドライバーから見た弊社のイメージは

楽な仕事ばかりの会社でした。

そんな会社だから社員からの要求も異常でした。

そこから改善を繰り返し、今の水準にたどり着きました。

覚悟をもって会社方針は変えずに進めてまいります。

We hear a lot about the positive feedback we receive from other companies, but

we’ve noticed a change in our company’s reputation since the beginning of this year.

Not only have we received good reviews from companies in our local municipalities,

but we’ve also been receiving interest from transportation companies both within and outside the prefecture,

and we’re surprised by the number of inquiries we’ve received.

Previously, our company only handled work for specific clients,

and we didn’t get any new work.

From the drivers’ perspective, our company was seen as one that only offered easy jobs.

Because of this, the demands from our employees were excessive.

We’ve repeatedly made improvements and have reached our current level.

We’re determined to continue moving forward without changing our company policies.
