運送会社経営者様と仕事についての取り組み方について

話をさせていただきました。

かなり私は納得する内容だったため、お互いの意見を

交換すると言うよりも共感しあえる時間でした。

抜粋して紹介させていただくと、

・会社の方針や社員教育、規則、評価など決定事項は

経営者で最終責任者である自分が決めた方が

差異がなく取り組みやすい。

・仕事に本気で向き合う人は、誰かに嫌われることを

全く恐れていない。むしろ、ミッション達成のために

正しいことを伝えて嫌われる覚悟がなければ

会社は成長しない。

同じような考えを持たれている経営者様と時間を

共有し終えると、前向きにチャレンジしたいなと

改めて決意する気付きを頂戴しました。

I had a conversation with the owner of a transportation company about their approach to work.

I found the content quite convincing, and it was more of a time of mutual understanding than an exchange of opinions.

To summarize some of the points:

• Company policies, employee training, rules, and evaluations should be decided by the owner, who is ultimately responsible, to ensure consistency and ease of implementation.

• People who are serious about their work are not afraid of being disliked by others.

In fact, a company cannot grow unless it is prepared to be disliked for communicating the right thing in order to achieve its mission.

After sharing time with an owner who shares similar views, I was reminded of my renewed determination to take on challenges with a positive attitude.
