お二人が来社されました。

お二人とも経営者様ということで

独特のオーラがあり緊張しました。

お一人目の方は福島県外からお越しいただきました。

ご年齢は私と４０代前半・知的で行動力がある経営者様。

経営者様が抱える問題について、私であればどのような

対応をするのか、本音で話をさせていただきました。

複数の質問に対しお答えする形でしたが、一貫して

ぶれないところが強みだと評価をいただきました。

お二人目は福島県内の経営者様です。

ご年齢は40歳手前で勢いがある企業経営者様。

弊社が近年売上増加したきっかけや、車両購入、

人材獲得、今後の展開について、お互いの施策を

共有させていただきました。

Two people visited our office after seeing our company’s Instagram account and becoming interested in me.

As both business owners, they exuded a unique aura that made me nervous.

The first visitor came from outside Fukushima Prefecture.

He was about the same age as me, an intelligent and proactive business owner in his early 40s.

I spoke frankly with him about how I would deal with the issues business owners face.

I answered several questions, and he praised my consistency as a strength.

The second visitor was a business owner from Fukushima Prefecture.

He was a dynamic business owner approaching 40.

We shared our thoughts on the reasons for our company’s recent sales increase, vehicle purchases, talent acquisition, and future development plans.

I asked him to provide me with guidance in the future, and I am grateful to have met such an excellent business owner.

Both of them are business owners who are definitely looking to expand their businesses, and it was a very stimulating time.

I will use this excitement to fuel my efforts to operate even more flexibly.
