今年の目標。

多くの方が今日から仕事始めでしょうか。

１月１日から弊社は稼働させていただいており、

幸先良くスタートできております。

新年になると、今年こそはこれを達成するという

目標を設定される方、かなり多いと思います。

弊社も同様に目標は掲げております。

売上ベースであれば、今年も前年比１２０％。

毎年達成している報告を聞きなれた社員が

多いことで、達成難易度が簡単だと思われないか

意外に心配しております。

それでも間違いなく必達はします。

まだまだ改善できる無駄が多いこと、

新しく取り組める事業が本格的に動き出すため

無謀ではない目標です。

今年も楽しんで参ります。

I wonder if today is the first work day of the year for many people.

Our company has been operating since January 1st,
and we have been able to start off on a positive note.

When the New Year comes, I think there are quite a few people who set goals like, ‘This year, I will definitely achieve this.’

Our company also sets goals in the same way.

In terms of sales, our goal this year is to achieve 120% of last year’s figure.
Many of our employees are so used to hearing about us reaching our targets every year
that I’m surprisingly concerned they might not see the achievement as challenging.

Even so, we will undoubtedly achieve it.

There is still a lot of waste that can be improved,
and new business initiatives are finally starting in earnest,
so the goal is realistic rather than reckless.

We will continue to enjoy our work this year as well.
