今回で弊社HP内ブログ投稿が１２００回目となります。

現在では弊社のインスタグラムにも掲載しております。

日々ブログで閲覧していただいた時と比べると、

６００倍以上の閲覧者様が実際に増えました。

閲覧者様が増大した効果を幾つかまとめてみます。

・新規の荷主様と取引を開始できた

・既存荷主様から新規受注獲得

・福島県内だけでなく、全国の運送会社様と繋がり

新しい仕事を獲得

・各種媒体に取り上げてもらうことにより

求職者様へのアピールに繋がる

・SNSで発信した弊社車両をご覧になり、

一緒に働きたいと連絡をいただく機会が増加

毎日SNSを発信することにより、継続することの

重要性を実際に感じております。

最近、更に弊社の規模拡大を期待する社員から

『TicTok』発信をやらないのかと質問されました。

新しい仕事も獲得できず、社員が減り続けている

企業であれば、間違いなく良い提案です。

弊社は社員も仕事も獲得し伸び続けていることからも

これまでのSNS発信により想像以上に飛躍しており

これ以上の反応があっても対応しきれません。

Compared to the number of views we used to get on the blog daily,
we now have over 600 times more visitors.

Here are some of the effects of this increase in visitors:

acquiring new business
– Being featured in various media helps to appeal to potential job seekers
– More people have seen our company vehicles on social media and
contacted us wanting to work together

By posting on social media every day, we have truly felt the importance of consistency.

Recently, employees who are hoping for further expansion of our company asked,
‘Why don’t we post on TikTok?’

For a company struggling to acquire new business and with a decreasing workforce,
this would undoubtedly be a good suggestion.

However, since our company continues to grow both in employees and business,
our social media efforts so far have boosted us far beyond expectations,
and we wouldn’t be able to handle even more response.

As a joke, we tell them that if our company ever starts doing TikTok,
the only option would be for all employees to start dancing together.
