過去の固定概念に執着しない

『運送会社はこうあるべきだ。』

『ベテラン・先輩には楽な仕事を、

新人には大変な仕事をやらせろ。』

『新人や若い奴が入社したらそれまで使っていた

古い車に乗せればいいんだ。』

聞いているだけで嫌な気持ちになりませんか。

弊社ではこのような事は一切禁止し改善しました。

不平等をなくし、当たり前の形にしただけです。

誰がどの仕事をするのか、#運行管理者が決めます。

誰が新車に乗るのか、#車両管理者が決めます。

裁量権のあるものには責任が発生します。

#責任から逃げるものに決定権など一切ありません。

これら原理原則に従って仕事をすれば

うまくいかないわけがありません。

・昔からやっていることだからこうしろ

・入社した時からなんだからこうしろ

・この業界はそういうものなんだ

これまでと同じようにやっているから

よくならないことに気付けるといいそうです。

差別化の重要性に気付くと、

みんなと同じにやらないと駄目だといわれても

全く相手にすることが亡くなります。

‘This is how a shipping company should be.’

‘Give the easy jobs to the veterans and seniors, and let the newbies handle the tough jobs.’

‘When new or young people join the company, just put them in the old vehicles that have been used so far.’

Doesn’t just listening to this make you feel bad?

At our company, such things are completely forbidden and have been improved.

We just eliminated inequality and made things normal.

Who does which job is decided by the operations manager.

Who gets a new vehicle is decided by the vehicle manager.

Those with discretion have responsibility.

Those who run away from responsibility have no decision-making authority at all.

If you work according to these basic principles, it’s impossible to fail.

– Because it’s been done this way forever, do it like this.
– Because it’s been that way since you joined, do it like this.
– That’s just how this industry is.

If you realize that things don’t get better just because you keep doing them the same way, that’s a good start.

Once you notice the importance of differentiation, even if someone tells you that you have to do things like everyone else, you won’t even care about it anymore.
