１０月総括

令和８年１０月の総括を行います。

今年度 #上期 #売上 は一度も前年同月割れを

発生することなく終える事ができました。

そして１０月も前年同月を大きく上回る実績を

出せることができました。

各種新聞記事に掲載していただいた通り、

#飛躍的 に成長することを宣言した企業として

それなりの数字を出せていると実感します。

実際予定よりもかなり早い推移で伸ばせています。

弊社売上の伸びが異常な事を認識いただき

他社さんから多くの質問を頂戴します。

各社員の質が向上したことです。

経営者が社員に置いて行かれないように

努力を重ねて工夫を実施し覚悟をします。

Here’s a summary for October of Reiwa 8.

The sales for the first half of this fiscal year ended without ever falling below the same month of the previous year.

And in October as well, we were able to achieve results that surpass the same month last year.

As featured in various newspaper articles, we really feel that we’re putting up respectable numbers as a company that declared its goal of remarkable growth.

In fact, we’re growing much faster than planned.

Other companies recognize that our sales growth is unusual, and we get a lot of questions from them.

The reason we’re showing growth beyond our projected numbers is clear: the quality of our employees has improved.

As a manager, I make efforts, come up with ideas, and mentally prepare myself so that I don’t get left behind by the employees.
