高校生が起業

関東の #高校生 が #起業 したとニュースで知りました。

高校生という立場で会社経営に携われるのは

大変貴重な経験になるはずです。

同様に、会社や待遇に不満を吐き出している

社会人のニュースをよく目にします。

これまで複数回、会社に不満があるのであれば

自分で起業して良い会社を経営すればいいのではと

発信してきました。

たしかにその通りだと周囲から多くの同調をされます。

・不満があるなら自分で起業すればいいだけ

・今の会社以上にもっと給料が欲しいのであれば

より評価してくれる会社へ転職するだけ

・今の仕事の水準に対応できないのであれば

自分の水準に会う仕事を選択すればいいだけ

難しくない問題なので悩みすぎることなく、

前向きにチャレンジするべきです。

現実、高校生が会社経営にチャレンジしている時代です。

社会人なら容易に対応できるはずです。

I recently saw a news story about a high school student in the Kanto region who started their own business.

Being involved in running a company while still in high school

must be an incredibly valuable experience.

In contrast, I often come across news stories about working adults

venting their frustrations with their companies or their compensation.

I have often suggested in the past that if one is unhappy with their company,

the solution might simply be to start one’s own business

and run it the way one sees fit.

Many people around me agree with this sentiment.

・If you have complaints, you can simply start your own business.

・If you want a higher salary than your current company offers,

you can simply switch to a company that values ​​you more.

・If you cannot meet the standards of your current job,

you can simply choose work that aligns with your own capabilities.

These are not insurmountable problems; instead of agonizing over them,

one should take a positive approach and embrace the challenge.

We live in an era where even high school students are taking on the challenge of running businesses.

Surely, working adults should be able to handle this with ease.
