先日開催全体ミーティング

年間売上目標額を改めて共有しました。

今年度目標は大分強気の設定をしておりましたが

社員の頑張りにより早々に達成することが確定。

上期序盤に上方修正しました。

それでも社員がさらに結果を出してくれるため

再度上方修正を実施しました。

この数字を最終目標に掲げて下期をすすめます。

社員に伝えた内容ですが、

『他の運送会社とは異なるやり方で発展します。

物価高になってもこれまで通り変わらずに、

付加価値をつけてくれれば評価をします。

自分次第でさらに条件よく働くことが可能です。

チャレンジして楽しんでもらいたいです。』

高市首相が言っていたとおり、

働きたい人が働ける時代が来るはずです。

This month marks the end of the first half of the fiscal year.

We reviewed the company’s operations over the past six months and explained our progress,

then shared our new initiatives for the second half of the year and
our annual sales targets once again.

Although we had set fairly ambitious goals for this fiscal year,
thanks to the employees’ hard work, we reached them sooner than expected.

We revised the targets upward in the early part of the first half.

Even so, because our employees kept delivering results,
we revised them upward once more.

We’ll proceed into the second half with this number as our final target.

Here’s what I told the employees:
‘We’ll grow in ways that are different from other transport companies.
Even if prices rise, we’ll continue as before,
and we’ll reward those who add extra value.
You can improve your conditions depending on yourself.
I want you to take on challenges and enjoy it.’

Just as Prime Minister Takaichi said,
the time will come when anyone who wants to work can work.
